Our design team worked with Toyota’s brand team to direct the UX/UI for Toyota Parts online. This project honed in on the UX of their customer flows, and fine-tuning the experience to minimize cart abandonment. We ended up delivering over 100 page templates in 3 breakpoints over a 12 week period.

Our design team worked with Toyota’s brand team to direct the UX/UI for Toyota Parts online. This project honed in on the UX of their customer flows, and fine-tuning the experience to minimize cart abandonment. We ended up delivering over 100 page templates in 3 breakpoints over a 12 week period.

The product detail pages were of particular focus, in order to accommodate configurable product types. Key to the experience is fitment to your individually-selected vehicle.
