Our Denver-based design studio is searching for a part-time Project Manager. We’re a bit different than other creative agencies, but we all say that. We’re passionate about the work we create, and the relationships we build. Also fairly cliché, but true.
What sets us apart is the caliber of work we’re known for. Delivering consistently great design solutions. Being thinking, feeling partners who become experts in our clients’ worlds. And being a tightly-knit team that has each other's backs. We like to get our hands dirty printing posters at the studio. We’ll pull an all-nighter if we think an idea has merit. And we all take the trash out.
As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships and project schedules and delivery. The Project Manager will report to the Account/Project Director. The role is a part-time position, averaging 8-12 hours/week, in the Greater Denver area.
You’re an experienced project manager with at least 2 years of experience. You know that building authentic client relationships requires you to be an advocate and advisor to them. Your empathy allows you to protect the creative team’s schedules and timelines, while also delivering the highest-quality work to our clients. Your strengths include confident communication, being calm and solution-oriented under pressure, and the ability to make quick, logical decisions. You thrive on seeing both the high-level and the close-up view of a project. You are clairvoyant: you can anticipate the needs, opportunities, and pitfalls of a project. And stay ahead of them. You’re also a translator: you can interpret client needs to the creative team, and communicate the creative strategy back to the client. A good sense of humor means you can thrive in a dynamic team and industry.
