  • Understanding of UX, UI, brand design, motion design
  • Hunger to learn and collaborate with our creative team
What We’re Looking For
  • Standard skills like effective communication and time management
  • A portfolio that shows a strong understanding of the basics of visual design (composition, hierarchy, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite, Sketch/Figma
  • Someone who’s self-motivated and as passionate about design as we are!

About us

We are purveyors of finely-crafted digital brands that excel in an increasingly faceted and kinetic marketplace. We’ve been around the block (est. 2008) and have deep expertise in brand, digital, and interactive design. We give a damn, about the work we do, and the expectations of our clients.

What we Believe In
  • Creativity matters. And it’s an inclusive exercise. Make space for the unexpected. Be engaged. Clients are creative collaborators.
  • Be curious. Be playful. Look in unexpected places for answers. Never assume you know everything. Play with ideas.
  • Take pride in your craft. Details matter. Be able to articulate key decisions. Don’t be afraid to fail. Give a shit, in this world, and in your work.
  • Trust the process. Know your audience. Iterate. Start with the problem, not the solution.
  • Design matters. We’re not decorators, nor is this about personal taste. Empathetic research helps define the why. Design always solves a problem.
